1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“you”, “user”) and Media Saver. By downloading, installing, or using the App, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
These Terms are shown at install and are always accessible inside each App (Settings / About / Terms) and on our store listing. We may require you to accept an updated version before continuing to use the App.
2. License to Use
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Media Saver grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes on an Android device that you own or control.
- You obtain no ownership rights. The App, including its code, design, graphics, and trademarks, remains the property of Media Saver.
- You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the App.
- You may not use the App on any device or with any service that violates these Terms or applicable store policies.
All rights not expressly granted are reserved by Media Saver.
3. Eligibility
Our Apps are intended for individuals who are at least 13 years of age. By using the App, you represent that you meet this requirement. If you are between 13 and 18, you may use the App only with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these Terms on your behalf.
We do not knowingly allow use by children under 13. If we learn that a child under 13 has used the App, we will take steps to restrict access and delete related information where applicable.
4. Proper Use & Your Responsibilities
Our Apps are utility tools designed to help you save and manage your own media or media you have explicit permission to save. You are solely responsible for how you use the App.
- Permission Required: You must obtain explicit permission from the content owner before downloading, saving, copying, reposting, or sharing any photo, video, or status that is not your own.
- Respect Copyright & Privacy: Do not use the App to infringe copyright, violate privacy, or breach the terms of any third-party platform. Private or copyrighted content must not be saved or distributed without authorization.
- Personal Use Only: Use the App only for lawful, personal purposes. You may not use saved content for harassment, impersonation, spam, or any illegal activity.
- No Hosting: The App does not host, store, or mirror third-party content on our servers. All saving is performed locally on your device using content you already have access to.
We may provide features such as “Save”, “Repost”, or “Share”. Using these features for content you do not own is entirely at your own risk and responsibility.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of the App — including but not limited to app icon, UI, text, graphics, logos, and code — are owned by Media Saver or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
- Our trademarks may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.
- Third-party trademarks, service marks, and trade names referenced in the App remain the property of their respective owners.
- If you believe content accessible through the App infringes your rights, please contact us (see Section 16). We will review and take appropriate action, including restricting features for repeat infringers.
6. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to:
- Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any local, state, national, or international law.
- Infringe or violate intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of any party.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App, its servers, or related systems.
- Introduce viruses, malware, or any other harmful code, or attempt to interfere with the App’s operation.
- Use automated means (bots, scrapers) to access the App, or bypass any access controls, rate limits, or security measures.
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App, or build a competing product using its concepts.
- Remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notice.
- Misrepresent your affiliation with Media Saver or impersonate any person or entity.
Violation of this section may result in immediate termination of your right to use the App and may expose you to civil or criminal liability.
7. Advertisements & Third-Party Services
To keep our Apps free, we display advertisements provided by trusted third-party advertising networks. These ads and linked third-party services operate independently.

You can control personalized ads via Settings > Privacy > Ads > Delete/Reset Advertising ID or Opt out of Ads Personalization. Ad-free experiences may be offered as optional in-app purchases where available.
8. In-App Purchases & Subscriptions (If Applicable)
Some Apps may offer optional in-app purchases (e.g., remove ads, premium features). The following terms apply where applicable:
- All purchases are processed by Google Play Billing. We do not process or store your payment information directly.
- Prices are displayed inside the App and may vary by region and currency. Purchases are non-refundable except as required by Google Play policies or applicable law. For refunds, please request through Google Play.
- If a subscription is offered, it will auto-renew until canceled. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in Google Play > Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions.
- We reserve the right to modify prices, features, or availability of in-app products with notice inside the App.
- Restoring purchases is available via “Restore Purchase” where provided, or by reinstalling with the same Google account.
If no in-app purchases are displayed in your App, this section does not apply.
9. Updates & Modifications to the App
We may from time to time provide updates, bug fixes, or new features to improve performance, security, or functionality. You agree that we may automatically deliver updates without prior notice. Some updates may change or discontinue certain features.
We do not guarantee that the App will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free. We may suspend or discontinue any App or feature at any time without liability to you.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms, infringe intellectual property, or engage in fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful activity.
You may terminate at any time by uninstalling the App and discontinuing use. Upon termination:
- Your license to use the App ends immediately.
- You must cease all use and delete all copies in your possession.
- Provisions that by their nature should survive (ownership, disclaimers, limitations, indemnity, governing law) will survive.
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
- The App is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
- We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, or that defects will be corrected.
- We make no warranty regarding the accuracy, reliability, or availability of any content, ad, or third-party service.
- Your use of the App is at your sole risk. You are responsible for your device, data, and content you save or share.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
12. Limitation of Liability — We’re Not Responsible
- We are not responsible for any misuse of the App, copyright infringement, privacy violation, or breach of third-party terms committed by you.
- We are not responsible for any loss, damage, claim, or consequence arising from: content you save or share; reliance on third-party content/ads/links; or unauthorized access despite safeguards.
- To the maximum extent permitted by law, Media Saver, its developer, and its partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business interruption, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, even if advised of the possibility.
- Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising from the App shall not exceed the amount you paid (if any) to use the App in the 12 months preceding the claim, or USD $10, whichever is lower.
- Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction is to stop using and uninstall the App.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so the above may not fully apply to you. In such cases, liability is limited to the smallest amount permitted by law.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Media Saver and its developer, affiliates, and service providers from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or related to:
- Your use or misuse of the App;
- Your violation of these Terms, our Privacy Policy, or any applicable law;
- Your violation of intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of any third party;
- Any content you save, repost, or share through the App.
This obligation will survive termination of these Terms.
14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles. Courts located in Rajkot, Gujarat, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to the paragraph below.
Informal Resolution First: Before filing any formal claim, you agree to first contact us and attempt to resolve the dispute informally for at least 30 days. We aim to resolve complaints amicably and quickly.
If you are a consumer in the EEA/UK or another region with mandatory consumer protection laws, you may also have additional rights to bring claims in your local jurisdiction.
15. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last Updated" date at the top. You are encouraged to review this page periodically to stay informed.
Material changes will be notified by updating the date and an in-app notice. Your continued use of any Media Saver App after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the new Terms, please uninstall and stop using the App. The English version governs.
