- Child Grooming & Predatory Behavior: Establishing trust or an emotional connection with a minor to facilitate sexual contact, sexual exploitation, or the exchange of sexual imagery, whether online or offline.
- Sextortion & Coercion: Using real, alleged, or synthetic intimate imagery to blackmail, threaten, coerce, extort, or intimidate a minor.
- Commercial Child Sexual Exploitation & Child Trafficking: The advertising, solicitation, recruitment, or arrangement of minors for commercial sexual exploitation, child sex trafficking, or forced labor.
- Sexualization of Minors: Any content, imagery, text, audio, or commentary that objectifies, sexualizes, or promotes inappropriate interest in minors.
- Solicitation & Facilitation: Sharing instructions, links, or contact details aimed at locating, procuring, or distributing CSAE or CSAM.
3. Prevention, Detection, and Moderation Measures
To ensure our platform remains safe for everyone, Whatsapp Status Saver - Video Downloader employs strict technical and operational safeguards:
- Automated Screening & Filtering: We use automated content filtering algorithms to screen for and block illegal imagery, harmful keywords, and illicit links.
- Human Moderation: Trained human moderators review user reports and flagged safety inquiries around the clock.

5. Enforcement Actions and Incident Handling
Upon receiving a report or detecting a potential CSAE violation, our safety team takes immediate action:
- Instant Removal & Blocking: Any violating content is blocked and access from the violating device/IP is permanently terminated.
- Permanent Ban: The offending user identifiers and IP associations are permanently blacklisted.
- Evidence Preservation: Relevant metadata, IP addresses, and media hashes are securely archived in compliance with legal hold standards for law enforcement inspection.
6. Mandatory Reporting to Law Enforcement & NCMEC
Media Saver strictly complies with international and regional mandatory reporting laws. Upon identifying or confirming Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) or active child exploitation on our platform:
- We submit a formal report to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) via the CyberTipline (pursuant to 18 U.S.C. § 2258A) or relevant international law enforcement bodies (such as INTERPOL, INHOPE, and local police agencies).
- We cooperate fully with valid law enforcement subpoenas, search warrants, and lawful investigations to assist in prosecuting offenders.
